Custom Achievements offers all or some of the following services on a Consultant Base Contract:
- Train sales employees and project managers in equipment inspections of Cooling Towers & Heat Exchangers in their design, operation and maintenance, via on-site and video as needed. Conduct detailed assessments of existing cooling tower systems. Identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions. In the interim, Custom Achievements will perform inspections with sales/project managers until properly trained.
- Train sales personnel to Perform Estimates and write proposals based on inspections at the customers facility. Proposals are to be submitted in an appropriate time period to meet customer expectations. On award of a new job to provide purchasing with scope of materials needed for the project. In the interim, estimating and proposals will be the responsibility for Custom Achievements until sales personnel are trained.
- Train field personnel in how to perform cleaning and refurbishing of cooling towers via on-site and video.
- Train Project Management personnel for the following functions: Job visits during execution of projects, inspections, acquiring permits, material procurement, punch lists and final walkthroughs.
- Project Managers and sales are responsible for job follow-up with customers to determine success of project and customer satisfaction.
- Sales quotes will be based on site assessments to prepare findings, including the scope of work and effectively communicating the information to the customer.
- Until sales personnel are trained to prepare quotes, Custom Achievements will help prepare the quote. All quotes will be submitted to the Sales Manager for review.
